I just happened to see this new store while I was on my way to another retailer looking for white glass subway tile in a specific size. They showed me a sample that I liked and I called them later that day to place an order. When that exact tile wasn't available when I needed it, JoJo searched and searched vendors for me until she found a perfect fit , and it arrived exactly when they said it would. This was one of the least stressful purchases of my entire house renovation all becuase they were willing to work for it. I highly reccomend you check them out. Hands down the best place to buy tile. Came in there to see the tile options after visiting other locations including big name stores. They either did not give me a sample piece or wanted to give me a small cut out of it. I came here and saw a few different ones I liked and they immediately offered to give me whole pieces of sizes I wanted, to take home. And to top it all off the prices were even lower than anyone in Houston that I could find. Customer service, price, quality etc...A+ I was so impressed I did not even make it home with sample pieces, I made my purchase the same day! I will recommend anyone looking for tile to visit iTile.
